T62 Hotel and Retail
Located in downtown Budapest, opposite to the WestEnd railway station, this mixed-use development includes a 142-room hotel, 6 retail units, and an entertainment center.
The newest addition to our hotel portfolio is the recently renovated M-Square hotel Budapest.
It is a 71-room 4-star boutique hotel in the very heart of city centre at Madách Imre Square.

D8 Hotel is our three-star superior lifestyle hotel, located right in the heart of Budapest just a few steps away from the famous Chain Bridge and Váci Street the longest downtown shopping street.
Mammut Shopping Center is a retail, office and entertainment complex developed in 1998 and expanded in 2001, currently comprising 330 stores and 1,200 parking spaces covering an area of 105,000 sqm.
Talentis is a regional development program with numerous elements, including educational, R&D, business, residential and leisure components. The program involves 29 independent projects.
Logistic park along the M1 motorway, including a DAF Distribution Centre comprising 60,000 sqm warehouse building, 76 hectare logistics area with own public utility and road network and its own waste water treatment facility.
